COLUSA, CA (MPG) — Colusa Recreation will host the 4th annual Pumpkin Plunge on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Colusa Pool. The free event is open to children ages 0 to 17.
Two plunge sessions will be held, from noon to 2 p.m. and from 3 to 5 p.m. Pumpkins are limited and provided by Martin Family Farms.
Festival activities will run throughout the day, including a Chalk-o-Lantern contest from 10 a.m. to noon, a pumpkin toss at 2 p.m., and the Three Headed Monster Mush eating contest at 5 p.m.
Additional activities include pumpkin decorating, face painting, a kids bubble patch, and more. Vendors will also be on site.
