Elijah Rodriguez, museum curator, said staff have brought the binders to markets and vendor events in hopes of gathering information, but the effort has had limited success.

“We’ve tried asking at local events, but haven’t had much luck,” Rodriguez said. “Now we’re reaching out to the wider public.”

Community members who may recognize the faces are encouraged to contact the Sacramento Valley Museum at (530) 473-2978 or by email at sacvalleymuseum@gmail.com

The museum, located at 1491 E St., Williams, is open Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through the month of October.
