Colusa, CA (MPG) – The annual Colusa County Office of Education “Caring Youth Count” Awards Ceremony took place on April 30 where Colusa County students ages 5-18 received awards for positive contributions made to their communities in the categories of Community Service, Strength of Character, and Heroic Resilience.
