Colusa, CA (MPG) – Colusa High School student, Jaskaran Grewal, represented Colusa County at the California Science and Engineering Fair in Southern California. He competed against students from all over the state who placed at their local county science fairs. Jaskaran received a 4th place metal and cash prize in the category Earth and Environment: Soil/Pollution. His project was to determine optimal growing conditions for radishes on Mars. He is the first student from Colusa County to participate in this event.
