MPR Pancake Breakfast/Easter Egg Hunt
The community is invited to Pancake Breakfast and Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23, at Maxwell Elementary School, 146 North St., hosted by the Maxwell Park and Recreation District and Auxiliary Committee. Breakfast of pancakes, sausage, fruit, coffee, and juice will be available for $8, and will be served from 7:30 to 9:30 am with the Easter Egg Hunt following at 10 am. All proceeds from the breakfast will support the MPR Scholarship Fund for high school seniors. Children and youth should arrive promptly for hunting Easter Eggs with their own baskets or bags. Spring Time Photo Walk at East Park Reservoir
Calling all photo enthusiasts and nature lovers! All are welcome to enjoy a wonderful morning of springtime bliss and participate in a photo walk at East Park Reservoir in Stonyford, 4415 Sites Lodoga Road, at 10 am. WCCA Youth Art Show
The Williams Community Center Association, 860 C Street, will once again host the Joan Holybee Memorial Youth Art Show on Saturday, April 13, 10 am to 2 pm. The art show is open to all 7-12 grade students from Colusa County. Deadline for submissions will be Monday, April 8. Please label your pieces on the back with name, school, and grade. Turn your pieces in to your teacher or your school’s front office. There will be cash prizes for First, Second, Third and Best of Show. All types of art media are welcome!
