WILLIAMS, CA (MPG) – The annual Festival of Lights in Williams on Dec. 9 is all about the joy of the holidays. People flocked to the downtown for the annual tree lighting, parade, food vendors, and entertainment, while hundreds of kids stopped by to see Santa and receive a tote bag full of gifts at the Williams Fire Department.
