The Colusa County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday reappointed Walter Osbourn, III, to the Colusa County Behavioral Health Board to serve a 3-year term, effective Feb. 4 until Feb. 3, 2026. Osbourn was last appointed Feb. 4, 2020. The Board of Supervisors also reappointed Mike Talley (District 5), Jon Wrysinki (District 5), and John Troughton, Jr. (District 3) to serve as At-Large members on the Colusa County Fish and Game Commission. Talley’s term is effective Jan. 3 until Jan. 4, 2027. Wrysinski and Troughton, Jr., will serve until Jan. 6, 2025. â–
