NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF COLUSA CITY COUNCIL will hold Public Hearings in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter:
1. A Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a cannabis business, manufacturing and cultivation facilities and related street and infrastructure improvements over an approximately 32 acre zoned Light Industrial (M-1-PD) Planned Development District, Located at the northeast corner of D Street and East Clay Street.
