The Colusa County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday appointed Lacey Gimple to the Cortina Community Services District in lieu of the Nov 8, 2022, election.
Because only two candidates filed for three available seats, the board was left with one vacant four-year seat.
Since that time, the District recommended Gimple, who lives in Arbuckle, to be appointed to fill the third seat.
As a homeowner and registered voter, Gimple is qualified to sit on the Board. â–
