Road construction crews have begun removing and replacing failed sections of Lonestar Road. The project consists of repaving, re-shouldering, and re-striping Lonestar Road between Myers Road and State Route 20. A pilot vehicle will be guiding motorists through one-way traffic controls from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, Dec. 2.
Colusa County Public Works reminds motorists to follow pilot vehicles at all times within the project zone for the safety of construction crews and fellow travelers. Please expect delays of up to 20 minutes and plan your travel accordingly. Motorists are reminded to remain alert and drive slow in construction zones. â–
