The Colusa County Board of Supervisors on Sept. 13 reappointed Ralph Keeley III to the Air Pollution Control District Hearing Board. Keeley will serve a 3-year term effective June 24 through June 23, 2025. Keeley was last appointed on June 24, 2019 and has served since 2009. ■
