NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
GLENN-COLUSA IRRIGATION DISTRICT AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Book of the Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District for the year 2022-2023 has been delivered to the Secretary of the Board of Directors of said District as provided for by Sections 25550 and 25551 of the Water Code.

Notice is further given that the Board of Directors of said District acting as and constituting a Board of Equalization will meet to equalize said assessments of said District for the year 2022-2023 on Thursday, the 6th day of October, 2022, at the hour of 9:15 a.m. at the Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District conference room, located at 344 East Laurel Street, Willows, California and will continue in session from time to time as long as may be necessary, not to exceed ten days exclusive of Sunday, to hear and determine such objections to the valuation acreage and/or matters pertaining to the assessments as may come before them· and Board may make such changes thereof as may be just.

The Assessment Book of said District is in, and will remain in, said office of the Secretary of the Board of Directors for inspection by any interested person.
