Maxwell Park and Recreation District President Kyle Miller administers the oath of office to new board member Tish Nerli on Monday, May 9. Nerli, vice-chair of the MPR Auxiliary, is a retired teacher, who brings a desire for service, artistic and communication skills, compassion and teamwork to the board. Nerli replaces Becky Azevedo, who recently moved from the district. Nerli joins members Andre Young, Danny Azevedo, and Sharol Kuska on the board. She has a desire to help the school district maintain the town pool and to continue to provide local activities to youth and adults.
