On Saturday, May 7, three community non-profits: the Friends of the Colusa County Library, Colusa County Garden Club, and the Colusa County Arts Council celebrated May Surprise with a wine tasting, plant sale, and art show. The event helps bring awareness to the groups and raises funds for the groups projects.
