The City of Colusa promised its inaugural Taco Festival would be hot, hot, hot and they werent just talking about the weather. Saturdays music festival on Main Street featured music, entertainment, chihuahua races, food vendors of all kinds, and a beer garden. Hot sauces provided by local restaurants got the brave and hearty really fired up – and Ballet Folklorico performed.
