To kick off the holidays right, the Colusa Fire Association will take part in the Christmas spirit by escorting Santa Claus around town on his very own firefighter sleigh. Keep an eye out as Santa delivers candy canes to kids in Colusa from 6-9 PM the week of Dec. 12-16.
Although times and locations may vary depending on the weather or other conditions, Santa should begin making his way Dec. 12, from Levee and 13th St., ending at Clay and Bridge. On Dec. 13, Santa will start at Parkhill and Bridge, and end at Sioc and Baber. Dec. 14 will have Santa at 3rd and Sioc, ending on Wescott (apartments). On Dec.15, Santa will make his appearance in Country Club, Indian Oaks, Walnut Ranch, and Sunrise Landing. Dec. 16 is reserved to make up for locations missed by weather or other delays. In order to maintain safety, the Colusa Fire asks that you do not follow Santa’s entourage in your vehicle. â–
