We are saddened to announce the passing of our mother, Dorothy Livermore, on May 30, 2025 at the age of 99. She was a lifelong resident of Colusa as well as a devoted member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Dorothy was a homemaker and her family always came first. She was always engaged in her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s lives. She loved to attend all of their school activities as well as athletic activities. She is survived by her two daughters, Joanne Burnett of Williams, CA ; Pam Cefalia of Lemoore, CA; four grandchildren; Jennie Makekau (Boogie) of Lemoore, CA; Steven (Cameron) of Arroyo Grande, CA; Donnie Burnett (Karine) of Johnstown, CO; Melissa Muhlack (Sean) of Arbuckle, CA. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; Jordan Cano, Makena and Kaili Makekau, Dorothy and Georgia Allen, Emma Muhlack. She was preceded in death by her parents,Louie and Mary Highstreet; her husband, Gerald (Joe) Livermore; infant twin girls and sister, Marion (Day) Gerber. Visitation will be at McNary- Moore Chapel in Colusa,CA on July 25, 2025 from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm, with Rosary to be held at 7:00 pm. A Catholic Mass will be held on June 26, 2025 at 10:00 am at our Lady Of Lourdes Church in Colusa, CA. Graveside services will follow at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Yuba City, CA or a charity of your choice.
