The long awaited Little Caesars in Colusa is now open. The Colusa County Chamber of Commerce, aided by 2022 Miss Colusa County Chasey Miller and Mini Miss Colusa County Whitney Traynham, hosted a ribbon cutting for the new business, which officially opened at noon on Tuesday.
