Senior (Citizen) Spread

Trinity United Methodist Church of Colusa will host a senior citizen lunch program on Aug. 22, the second and fourth Friday of the month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Friendship Hall, 511 Oak Street, Colusa. Lunch will be served at noon, and the cost is $5 a person or $3 a person if one provides a side dish. The main dish will be provided, but attendees may provide side dishes and desserts. Saturday, Aug. 23

Live Music – Free Street Dance on Main Street

Between 6th and 8th Street. After the first day of the two-day California State Duck Calling Contest, come kick up your heals in Historic Colusa to the sounds of Tyler Applegarth (7 to 8 p.m.) and Jeff Crossman Band (8 to 10 p.m.). Food truck and beer on tap. Sponsored by the City of Colusa and Kittles Outdoor.

Master Your Marketing

Colusa County Partnership presents Master Your Marketing workshop with Clarissa Hernlund, Founder of Hernlund Business Solutions, on Aug. 27, 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Colusa Chamber of Commerce, 2963 Davison Ct., Colusa.
