The following arrests were reported by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office. All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Cheyenne Leslie, 23, of Portland, Oregon, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Oct. 27 on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
Giovannia Antiony Rachalabrams, 26, of Portland, Oregon, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on Oct. 27 on on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving with a suspended license.
Saib Rico Solano, 46, of Sacramento, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Oct. 29 on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and receiving stolen property.
Michael Rene Ramirez, 44, of Dunsmuir, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on Oct. 30 on on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Carlos Alberto Lopez-Zepeda, 48, of Colusa, was at 12:43 p.m. on Oct. 31 on suspicion of disobeying a court order and on a warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance.
Arturo Carmona Martinez, 59, of Colusa, was arrested at 8:19 a.m. on Nov. on a warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance.
James Clifford Steward, 57, of Colusa, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on Nov. 1 on suspicion of public intoxication.
