The following arrests were reported by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office. All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Ricardo Ibarra, 32, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 10 on northbound Interstate 5 south of Arbuckle on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
David John Cavagna, 47, of Clearlake, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Oct. 10 in Colusa on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. The report also lists warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alejandro Valencia, 24, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on Oct. 10 on eastbound Highway 20 east of San Jose Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Tien Padet Tungasmita, 23, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 4:50 a.m. on Oct. 11 at North Virginia Way and Belle Way on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Yauri Gabriel Baheena Vargas, 31, of Corning, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Oct. 12 on northbound Interstate 5 north of Delevan on suspicion of driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs.
Gerardo Trejo-Villalobos, 27, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on Oct. 17 at in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.01 percent or more while on probation.
Francisco Javier Silva Fajardo, 45, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. on Oct. 17 in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI, felony DUI with prior qualifying convictions and operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device.
Jose Uriel Ramirez Carrillo, 32, of Colusa, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on Oct. 19 in Colusa on a warrant alleging trespassing and occupying property without consent.
