The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Martha Tapia, 40, of Yuba City, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on Sept. 22 in Colusa on a Colusa County Sheriff’s Office warrant alleging driving with a suspended license and exceeding the 55 mph speed limit on a two-lane undivided highway.

Oscar Tapia, 39, of Yuba City, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on Sept. 22 in Colusa on warrants alleging driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, violating probation, driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI and possession of an open container in a vehicle.

Juan Francisco Alcaraz, 55, of Colusa, was at 3:59 p.m. on Sept. 22 in Colusa on Colusa Police Department warrants alleging possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct involving alcohol.

Benny Adrian Gonzalez, 33, of Kerman, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. on Sept. 24 in Colusa on a Colusa County Sheriff’s Office warrant alleging driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI.

Franscisco Alejandro Perez-Orozco, 31, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. in Williams on suspicion of robbery, battery against a spouse, former spouse or dating partner, child abuse with the possibility of great bodily injury or death, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shane Lamont Liles, 54, of College City, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Sept. 26 at in College City on suspicion of making criminal threats and exhibiting a concealed firearm in public.
