The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Juan Gabriel Hernandez Plancarte, 52, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on Sept. 14 in the area of Bridge St. in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Graciela Lopez, 40, of Williams, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on Sept. 14 in the area of N. Seventh St. in Williams on suspicion of battery, making criminal threats and violating probation.
Karina Vasquezrodriguez, 39, of Lakeport, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Sept. 15 at E and Fourth streets in Williams on warrants alleging possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brandon James Bothum, 42, of Chico, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on Sept. 18 at Carson and Baber streets in Colusa on a Colusa County warrant alleging driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI.
Eric Curtis Mallison, 63, of Stonyford, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. on Sept. 18 on Sites-Lodoga Road at a campground on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and hit-and-run involving property damage. Mallison was also booked on a Glenn County Sheriff’s Office warrant hold.
Darin Wayne Lawrence, 66, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Sept. 18 in the 500 block of Clay St. in Colusa on suspicion of assault by means of force likely to cause great bodily injury and child abuse with the possibility of great bodily injury or death. The report states both charges were changed to misdemeanors. Lawrence was also arrested on suspicion of making an obscene or threatening telephone call.
Julio Tapia, 33, of Williams, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. on Sept. 19 at Eighth and A streets in Williams on suspicion of driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI, disobeying a court order and expired vehicle registration. Tapia was also booked on a Glenn County Sheriff’s Office warrant hold.
Richard Saxon Miller, 33, of Colusa, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on Sept. 19 in the 800 block of Bridge St. in Colusa on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. Miller was also booked on warrant holds from the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office and Yuba County Sheriff’s Office.
Fernando Flores-Beltran, 41, of Williams, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. on Sept. 20 on Lurline Road in Colusa on suspicion of battery against a spouse, former spouse or dating partner.
