The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Richard Benjamin McCause, 39, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 24 at Highway 45 and Maxwell-Colusa Road on a Colusa County warrant alleging driving on a license suspended or revoked for DUI and driving more than 70 mph on a freeway. McCause was also booked on felony and misdemeanor Tehama County warrant holds.
Jose Uriel Ramirez Carrillo, 32, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Aug. 26 on Highway 45 in Colusa on suspicion of trespassing and refusing to leave the property.
Paul Anthony Noonan, 42, of Live Oak, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Aug. 26 on Colusa County warrants alleging manufacturing or importing a short-barreled rifle, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree burglary, petty theft, possession of personal identifying information with intent to defraud, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Jose Manuel Valencia, 45, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on Aug. 26 in the 100 block of Putnam Way in Arbuckle on suspicion of felony vandalism.
Harrison Ryan Sanders, 36, of Princeton, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on Aug. 26 in the 5000 block of Highway 45, in Princeton on suspicion of battery against a spouse, former spouse or dating partner.
Serafin Ruiz Araujo, 33, of Williams, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on Aug. 27 in the 500 block of 10th St. in Williams on suspicion of disobeying a court order.
Michael Wayne Malcom, 63, of Citrus Heights, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Aug. 29 at Margurite Street and Highway 20 in Williams on a Colusa County warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and driving on a license suspended or revoked for DUI.
Dmitry Garbuzov, 49, of Sacramento, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. on Aug. 29 on northbound Interstate 5 north of the Maxwell Rest Area on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Garbuzov was also booked on a Sutter County Sheriff’s Office warrant hold.
Gilberto Hernandez Gutierrez, 47, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Aug. 29 at Sequoia Way and Yosemite Way on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
David Alatorre Jr., 30, of Colusa, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. on Aug. 30 in the 1000 block of Wescott Rd., in Colusa on suspicion of robbery.
