The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Luis Manuel Perez, 53, of Colusa, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 3 at West Florimond and Cynthia drives in Colusa on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person.
Yenira Maribel Hernandez Meza, 38, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on Aug. 3 on Peerless Ave. in Arbuckle on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Glenn Michael Prasad, 38, of Willows, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Aug. 4 on Third St. in Colusa on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, cohabitant or dating partner and causing injury to an elder or dependent adult.
Jose Lopez, 29, of Williams, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Aug. 5 at Sioc and Fourth streets in Colusa on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Andy Garcia, 29, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:04 a.m. on Aug. 5 at Highway 20 and Freshwater Road on suspicion of violating probation and driving without a license.
Jesus Medina Ambriz, 32, of Williams, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on Aug. 5 on southbound Interstate 5 just north of Greenbay Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Nicolas Abel Rodriguez, 37, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on Aug. 6 at Market and Fifth streets in Colusa on suspicion of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, using a wireless device while driving and failing to provide proof of insurance.
Randy Scott Hartwell, 47, of Redding, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on Aug. 6 at Interstate 5 and Highway 20 in Williams on suspicion of possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI.
Zuhang Xie, 44, of Fremont, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Aug. 7 at Highway 20 and Walnut Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and selling, giving away or transporting marijuana.
Jeffrey Allen Graham, 52, of Hidden Valley Lake, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Aug. 7 on Highway 45, on suspicion of possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, carrying a loaded firearm in public, unlawfully carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating probation and driving without a license.
Leonardo Zendejas, 30, of Williams, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Aug. 7 at Lincoln Drive and Vann Street in Williams on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and destroying or concealing evidence. Zendejas was also arrested on a Colusa County warrant alleging possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas Armando Buddy Wehr, 62, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on Aug. 7 on northbound Interstate 5 north of Lurline Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Ramiro Venegas Velazquez, 56, of Maxwell, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Aug. 9 on E. Cedar St. in Maxwell on suspicion of sexual penetration of a victim incapable of consent, annoying or molesting a person under 18, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and public intoxication.
Samuel Ruben Navarro Landeros, 25, of Yuba City, was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on Aug. 9 at Niagara and Highway 20 on a Yuba County Sheriff’s Office warrant hold.
Raul Ruiz Patino, 37, of Colusa, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Aug. 9 at Eighth and Market streets in Colusa on warrants alleging driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Noe Mendoza Mendez, 58, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Aug. 9 at Grimes-Arbuckle and Tule roads on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
