The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Sergio Cervantes Gonzalez, 49, of Grimes, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on July 29 at highways 45 and 20 in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent or more.

Melissa Maria Moreno-Lopez, 44, of Woodland, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on July 29 on Harrington Road in Arbuckle on suspicion of battery against a spouse or intimate partner.

Eddie Lee Randall, 49, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on July 29 on Seventh St. in Williams on suspicion of violating post-release community supervision.

Tanisha Nicole Schuchman, 46, of Woodland, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on July 29 at Highway 45 and Fruitvale Avenue on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.

Fabian Herrera-Salazar, 22, of Williams, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on July 29 on North St. in Williams on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, violating a domestic violence protective order, assault with a deadly weapon and committing a felony while released on bail.

David Bulmaro Arteaga-Carrion, 20, of Stonyford, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on July 30 on Sites-Lodoga Road in Stonyford on suspicion of unlawful cannabis cultivation causing environmental damage and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Juan Arturo Villafan-Birrueta, 28, of Corning, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on July 30 on Sites-Lodoga Road in Stonyford on suspicion of unlawful cannabis cultivation causing environmental damage and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Alejandro Cano, 24, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on July 30 on Cluney St. in Arbuckle on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, contempt of court, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, reckless driving and possessing an open container while driving.

Emily Martinez, 65, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on July 31 on Highway 20 in Colusa on suspicion of battery against a spouse or intimate partner.

Isabel Marie Vasquez, 26, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. on July 31 at Rancho Colusa on suspicion of battery against a spouse or intimate partner, felony child abuse and damaging a wireless communication device.

Juan Angel Martinez Sanchez, 21, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 7:49 a.m. on Aug. 1 on northbound Interstate 5 near College City on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.

Jessica Vazquez, 39, of Glenn, was arrested at 3:34 a.m. on Aug. 1 on Market Street at 12th Street in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Fernando Valdez Cruz, 22, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Aug. 2 at Second and Lafayette streets in Colusa on suspicion of violating probation and contempt of court.

Alexis Nicole Purvis, 21, of Colusa, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Aug. 2 at Second and Lafayette streets in Colusa on suspicion of disorderly conduct while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She was later released under Penal Code section 849(b)(2).

Allen Hunter Bradford, 39, of Meridian, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on Aug. 2 at Hahn and Ohm roads in Arbuckle on suspicion of driving without a license, operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device and registration violations.

Ronnie Wilson, 53, of Oroville, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on Aug. 3 at Highway 45 and North Avenue in Colusa on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked for DUI, shoplifting and forgery. Wilson was also booked on a Butte County warrant hold.
