The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Daniel Wright, 60, of Eugene, Oregon, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on July 20 on Interstate 5 southbound north of the Maxwell offramp on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.

Brian Hlor Vue, 31, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on July 21 on Ruggieri Way in Williams on suspicion of contempt of court for disobeying a court order.

Jacob Nivin Prasad, 34, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on July 21 on Bridge St. in Colusa on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Decatuer Bruce Carter Jr., 38, of Oakland, was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on July 22 on southbound Interstate 5 south of Arbuckle on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, transporting marijuana and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Baokai Song, 69, of Oakland, was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on July 22 on southbound Interstate 5 near Arbuckle on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, transporting marijuana and conspiracy to commit a crime. Song was also booked on two San Bernardino County warrant holds.

Olivia Conchita Herrera, 35, of Grimes, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on July 24 at the Sutter County Jail on warrants alleging petty theft with two or more prior convictions, identity theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. Herrera was also booked on warrant holds for another agency and Placer County.

Jorge Humberto Santoyo Jr., 21, of Byron, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on July 24 at Third Street and Florimond Drive in Colusa on suspicion of public intoxication.

Alonso De La Torre Iniguez, 37, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 2 a.m. on July 26 on Putnam Way in Arbuckle on suspicion of vandalism causing more than $400 in damage.

Osvaldo Guadalupe Rodriguez, 47, of Oroville, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on July 26 at Highway 45 and Roberts Road on suspicion of violating a domestic violence protective order. Rodriguez was also booked on two Butte County warrant holds.
