Samantha Renee Allred, 29, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:16 p.m. on June 16 at Fifth and Hall streets in Arbuckle on a Sutter County Sheriff’s Office warrant hold. Bail was set at $1,000.

Jami Lynn Partin, 45, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:20 p.m. on June 16 on suspicion of false imprisonment. Bail was set at $5,000.
Juan Francisco Alcaraz, 54, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:36 p.m. on June 17 at 400 Fremont St. in Colusa on suspicion of disorderly conduct while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail was set at $1,000.

Tyger Jacob Connor, 38, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 4:38 p.m. on June 17 at Sioc and Bridge streets in Colusa on suspicion of vehicle theft. Bail was set at $20,000. He was also held on a Shasta County Sheriff’s Office warrant with bail set at $50,000.

Marta Martin Palacios, 38, of Grass Valley, was arrested by a task force on June 17 in Arbuckle on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $50,000.

Luciana Andrea Rossi, 37, of Nevada City, was arrested by a task force on June 17 in Arbuckle on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $50,000.

Leonardo Zendejas, 30, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:51 p.m. on June 18 at Colusa Casino on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000.
Haley Carol Byrd, 19, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:31 p.m. on June 18 at Danley Road and Fairview Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more. Bail was set at $2,000.

Gabriel David Field, 45, of Stonyford, was arrested by a task force at 9:13 a.m. on June 18 at 155 Coyote Path in Stonyford. Charges included possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and manufacturing or possessing a leaded cane. Bail was set at $25,000.

Victoria Jessica Meno, 44, of Vallejo, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:13 a.m. on June 18 in Stonyford on suspicion of burglary and possession of burglary tools. Bail was set at $50,000.

Lily Bernadette Rita Moceiwai, 68, of Novato, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:04 p.m. on June 18 on Fifth St. in Colusa on suspicion of battery against a spouse, former spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000.

Eduardo Rodriguez-Tavera, 44, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 9:50 p.m. on June 18 on Herron Way in Williams on suspicion of battery against a spouse, former spouse or dating partner and making criminal threats. Bail was set at $25,000.

Jose Refugio Zuniga Hernandez, 24, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:08 a.m. on June 19 on E Street east of Fifth Street in Williams on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more. Bail was set at $2,000.

James Clifford Steward, 56, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:54 p.m. on June 19 on Highway 20 on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving alcohol. Bail was set at $2,000.

Kou Vang, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:39 p.m. on June 20 at the northbound Interstate 5 Husted Road off-ramp on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more. Bail was set at $2,000.

Alexis Cervantes-Cruz, 34, of Palmdale, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:01 p.m. on June 20 south of the Maxwell Rest Area on Interstate 5. Charges included driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, possession of marijuana for sale and transportation or sale of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000.
