Jose Manuel Barraza Jr., 51, of Downey, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 4:40 p.m. on March 4 on Interstate 5 southbound near the Maxwell rest area on suspicion of selling, transporting or giving away marijuana and felony conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $15,000.
Shannon Richard Jay, 60, of Forestville, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:40 a.m. on March 5 at 10th and Fremont streets in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $2,000.
