Jesus Elias Garcia, 52, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:39 p.m. on Dec. 29, off Roberts Road, on suspicion of fishing without a license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $485 bail.
Erik A. Garcia-Alvarado, 33, of Princeton, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:28 p.m. on Dec. 29, in the 7000 block of Reservation Road, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, DUI and battery on spouse. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Haatef Mohamma Parwani, 37, of Elk Grove, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:25 a.m. on Dec. 30, in the 1000 block of Highway 20, on suspicion of threatening crime with intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $25,000 bail.
David James Bassett, 36, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:23 p.m. on Dec. 30, between Eighth and Clay Street, on suspicion of DUI and disobeying court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $17,000 bail.
