Carlos E. Hernandez Pena, 23, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:34 pm on Feb. 22, in the 500 block of Webster Street, on suspicion of battery on a spouse and kidnapping. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Sai Vang, 42, of Paradise, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:29 pm on Feb. 22, on Highway 45, on suspicion of violating court order domestic violence, restricting drivers operate vehicle without interlock device, and driving without a license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
