Arrest Log 11-01-24

Omar Ocampo Rios, 34, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10 pm on Oct. 20, location not given, on suspicion of aggravated battery on spouse. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Harjinder Kaur Gill, 51, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:24 pm on Oct. 22, between Tenth and Market Street, on suspicion of DUI. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Javan Rodriguez, 30, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:27 pm on Oct. 22, location not given, on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with blood alcohol level of .08% or greater, resisting a peace officer, committing felony while out on bail, and probation violation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $60,000 bail.

Carmen Sanchezdelgado, 39, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:44 pm on Oct. 22, on I5 Southbound of Meyers Road, on suspicion of DUI. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Lisa Gretchen Smith, 49, of Orangvale, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:16 am on Oct. 23, on Highway 45, on suspicion of receiving known stolen property and taking vehicle without owner’s consent. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Jeremy Lee Basham, 52, of Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:16 am on Oct. 23, in the 3000 block of Highway 45, on suspicion of driving when privileges are suspended and violating probation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $944 bail.

Luis Humberto Orosco, 23, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:25 am on Oct. 23, in the 1000 block of H Street, on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, driving with a suspended license, disobeying court order, and violating probation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Alfonso Quezasa Salazar, 34, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11 pm on Oct. 23, in the 800 block of White Oak Drive, on suspicion of vehicle theft and resisted a peace officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Jeffery Todd Wilson, 41, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:16 am on Oct. 23, on Highway 45, on suspicion of felon in possession of firearm, prohibited person owning ammunition, carrying a concealed weapon in vehicle, use and being under the influence of controlled substance, and violating felony parole. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $60,000 bail.

Christina Louise Current, 35, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10 am on Oct. 24, on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia, failing to provide proof of insurance, and driving without a vehicle registration. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Jorge Garcia Hernandez, 64, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:03 pm on Oct. 24, on Highway 45, on suspicion of assaulting with firearm on person, willful discharge of firearm in a grossly negligent manner, and exhibiting deadly weapon other than firearm. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $75,000 bail.

Israel Gomez, 62, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:22 pm on Oct. 25, location not given, on suspicion of giving false ID to police. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $3,000 bail.

Dustin Wilbur Hamilton, 47, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:33 am on Oct. 25, in the 1000 block of Fairview Road, on suspicion of embezzlement of $950  or more, larceny, and obtaining money by false pretenses over $400. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,830,000 bail.

Dale William Jones, 67, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:49 am on Oct. 25, in the 1000 block of Lake Avenue, on suspicion of simple battery on spouse. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Gerardo Trejo Villalobos, 26, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:14 am on Oct. 26, between Fifth and Main Street, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Armando Viveros, 20, of Gridley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:24 am on Oct. 27, on Gridley Road East of River Road, on suspicion of DUI, hit and run resulting in death or injury, impersonation, and child abuse. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $60,000 bail.
