Jeffrey David Carlson, 36, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 8:40 am on Oct. 6, at the Sinclair fuel station on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, and petty theft. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Jadontae Braelyn Foster, 25, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:20 pm on Oct. 6, on the Maxwell-Colusa Road, east of Lyons, on suspicion of exhibiting a firearm in the presence of a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, and a warrant out of Manteca. She was booked in the Colusa County Jail on the fresh charges on $15,000 bail.
Angelica Elizabeth Phillips, 30, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:20 pm on Colusa Road, east of Lyons, on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Cirilo Guzman Hernandez, 33, of Clearlake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:05 pm on Oct. 6, on the Maxwell-Colusa Road, just east of Railroad Ave., on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Wilmer Oton Yokcardona, 29, of Lodi, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:37 am on Oct. 8, on Main St. at 6th Street, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail. Tehya Dakota Pasalo, 25, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:41 am on Oct. 8, on Highway 45 at Harbison Road, on suspicion of DUI; failing to drive on the right side of the road; and unlawful driving unless licensed. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Luz Angel Hernandez, 23, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Department at 11:16 pm on Oct. 8, in the 6000 block of Asa Lane, Arbuckle, on suspicion of disorderly conduct/alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Dennis John Oliver, 32, of Live Oak, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:48 am on Oct. 9, on Highway 45 at Reece Road, on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety; unlawful driving unless licensed; expired registration; and violation of parole. He was sentenced to the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Su Mingxian, 54, of San Leandro, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:30 am on Oct. 10 in the 4000 block of Sutton Road on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime; cultivation of marijuana; possession narcotic controlled substance; and possession marijuana for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Charles Lee Bush Jr., 47, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:42 pm on Oct. 12, in the 3000 block of Highway 45, Colusa, on suspicion of disorderly conduct (alcohol or drug). He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Kenya Rosann Mitchell, 46, of Oakland, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office on 12:14 am on Oct. 12, on suspicion of battery on a spouse. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
