Abigail Elizabeth Cranford, 30, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:27 am on Sept. 4, in the 2000 block of Engrahm Road, Williams, on suspicion of forgery/false check and grand theft. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
Bradford Allen Hunter, 36, of Meridian, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:21 pm on Sept. 11, location not given, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful parapher-nalia, unlawful to drive unless licensed. He was booked into the Colusa County jail on $5,000 bail and held on warrants out of Sutter and Solano counties for similar charges.
Michael James Scott, 61, of Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 6:57 am on Sept. 13, at the Colusa Casino Mini Mart on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia and giving false identification to a peace officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail for the fresh charges and held on a warrant out of Sacramento County.
Christopher R. Burnham, 47, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:54 am on Sept. 13., on the 500 block of Oak Street on suspicion of a PRCS violation and booked into the Colusa County Jail.
Charlie Ross McNeil, 63, of Winters, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:52 am on Sept. 13, in the 8000 block of 2nd Avenue, Grimes, on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, trespass-ing, disorderly conduct, and petty theft. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 jail.
Anthony Torres-Holguin, 38, of Woodland, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:52 am on Sept. 13, in the 8000 block of 2nd Avenue, Grimes, on suspicion of burglary/breaking and entering, vandalism over $400, false impersonation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $75,000 bail and held on a warrant out of Yolo County.
Elena Angel Urbina, 41, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:40 pm on Sept. 14, for contempt of court. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Stephen Joseph Kesterson, 32, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:34 am at 9th and Mar-ket Street, Colusa, on suspicion of vandalism/defacing property and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.
Angel Molina Valladares, 40, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:56 am at Gail and Almond Avenue on suspicion of possessing a controlled narcotic and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Dakota J. Sanapaw-Potter, 37, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:09 pm in the first block of 10th Street on suspicion of disobeying a court order and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Ruben Silvagarcia, 41, of Selma, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:22 am Sept. 19, on Interstate 5, south of E Street, in Williams, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, drug or alcohol. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Kevin M. Monrroy Blancas, 30, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:21 pm on Sept. 23, on State Route 20, east of Wilson Ave., in Colusa, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Janet Osegueda, 34, of Woodland, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:46 am on Sept. 22, in the first block of Midway Avenue, in Arbuckle, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon/not a fire-arm and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
