On Dec. 9, 2021, at 07:50 PM, the Colusa Police Department arrested Tiessa Marie Santana, 36, of Colusa, Calif., near the 700 block of 4th St. in Colusa on suspicion of violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence [PC 273.6].
On Dec. 10, 2021, at 01:07 AM, the Colusa Police Department arrested Juan Gutierrez-Esquivel, 37, of Arbuckle, Calif., in the area of Highway 45 just north of Princeton Ln. in Colusa County on suspicion of disobeying a court order [PC 166(A)(4)]; the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia [HS 11364]; driving with a suspended or revoked license [VC 14601.1 (A)].
On Dec. 11, 2021, at 11:33 PM, the Colusa Police Department arrested Justin Om, 42, of Colusa, Calif., in the alley in the 10 block of Parkhill St. in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)]
