On November 25, 2021, at 11:44 AM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Alberto Serrano, 29, of Arbuckle, Calif., in the 600 block of 2nd St. in Arbuckle on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon [PC 245 (A)(1)]; exhibiting a deadly weapon [PC 417 (A)(1)]; battery [PC 242].
On November 26, 2021, at 07:40 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested John Edward Ruano, 37, of Colusa, Calif., on Highway 61 at Highway 45 in Glenn County on suspicion of evading a police officer [VC 2800.2 (A)]; the possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia [HS 11364 (A)]; the possession of a controlled substance [HS 11377] ; and held on an arrest warrant.
