On Nov. 14, 2021, at 12:02 AM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jesus Welder Carranza, 35, of Maxwell, Calif., around the 100 block of Orange St. in Maxwell on suspicion of disobeying a court order [PC 166(A)(4)].
On Nov. 14, 2021, at 09:45 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Gerardo Ponce Hernandez, 33, of Sacramento, Calif., around Interstate 5 at Husted Rd. in Williams on suspicion of driving without a license [VC 12500 (A)]; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Nov. 15, 2021, at 09:31 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Arturo Carmona Martinez, 54, of Yuba City, Calif., around the 6000 block of Grimes-Arbuckle Rd in Arbuckle on suspicion of the possession of a controlled substance [HS 11377 (A)].
On Nov. 16, 2021, at 9:15 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Sherri Lynn Hill, 57, of Fraizer Park, Calif., around the 400 block of E St. in Williams on suspicion of public intoxication [PC 647 (F)].
On Nov. 16, 2021, at 2:44 AM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested April Deneen Ramirez, 44, of Colusa, Calif., in the 7000 block of Reservation Rd. in Colusa County on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant [PC 273.5 (A)(3)]; vandalism over $400 in damage [PC 273 (B)(1)]; and assault with a deadly weapon [PC 245 (A)(1)].
