On Nov. 3, 2021, at 10:48 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Juan Antonio Salazar-Barrios, 26, of Maywood, Calif., in the 200 block of Eighth St. in Williams, on suspicion of public intoxication [PC 647 (F)]; obstructing or resisting a police officer [PC 148 (A)]; and disobeying a court order [PC 166 (A)(4)].
On Nov. 4, 2021, at 10:47 AM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andre Daniel Greer, 30, of Arbuckle, Calif., in the 100 block of Locust St. in Arbuckle, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance [HS 11550]; contempt of court [PC 166 (A)(4)]; stealing from a dependent or elder adult (under $400) [PC 368 (C)]; and for the violation of probation [PC 1203.2 (A)].
On Nov. 5, 2021, at 08:30 AM, the Colusa Police Department arrested Nely Montiel Hernandez, 34, of Willows, Calif., in the 1000 block of Bridge St. in Colusa, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Nov. 7, 2021, at 04:00 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marcel Jabariurian Brown, 38, of Sacramento, Calif., in the area of Highway 45 and Harbison Rd. in Colusa County, on suspicion of violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence [PC 273.6 (A)].
On Nov. 7, 2021, at 08:45 PM, the Calif. Highway Patrol arrested Trent Wayne Swisher, 49, of Robbins, Calif., in the area of Highway 20 just west of the Meridian Bridge in Colusa County, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A)].
On Nov. 8, 2021, at 07:34 AM, the Williams Police Department arrested Abraham Leos, 29, of Williams, Calif., in the area of the Williams Elementary School in Williams on suspicion of battery [PC 242]; resisting or obstructing a police officer [PC 148 (A)(1)]; and for being under the influence of a specific controlled substance [HS 11550 (A)].
