Arrests made in attempted homicide investigation

On Friday, Oct. 15, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Isela Gradilla, 40, of Yuba City, and Misael AgrazNunez, 43,of Williams, following an investigation into an attempted homicide earlier this month. 

According to officials, at about 4 AM on Monday, Oct. 11, emergency personnel were dispatched to an area on Hahn Rd. just east of I-5 in Arbuckle. It was reported that a Hispanic male adult who had been stabbed several times. The victim was transported to Colusa Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries and later released. 

Through its investigation, deputies determined that Gradilla drove the victim to an area of Lonestar Rd, just north of Hahn Rd., Arbuckle, where additional suspects assaulted and robbed him. AgrazNunez was determined to be connected in the incident.

Gradilla was booked into the Colusa County Jail on a no bail Ramey warrant for attempted murder, robbery and conspiracy; and AgrazNunez, was booked on charges of attempted murder, robbery and conspiracy.
