Monica Marie Macias, 38, of Fresno, is scheduled to appear in Colusa County Superior Court on March 30 to enter a plea on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a firearm by a felon with priors, and possession of a large-capacity magazine. Marcias was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Nov. 1, 2020, on Interstate 5 at County Line Road, along with Adrian Jerry Montejano, 33, of Fresno, who faced the same charges. Montejano, who has a lengthy criminal history in California, pleaded no contest to the drug charge in Colusa County, but was returned to Fresno County, where he was wanted on other felony charges.
