Marshall ” David” Waters, of Colusa, passed away on November 29, 2018. He was born on January 30, 1955 to Leonard and Imogene Waters.
Dave was a member of the Colusa County Aero Modelers. He enjoyed working with computers and camping.
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Laurie Waters, sons; John Marshall Waters, Scott Thomas Waters both of Sacramento, brothers; Stan Waters, Tom Coffee, sister; Betty Piper.
He is preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Imogene.
A celebration of Daves life will be at the Colusa Veteran Hall 108 East Main Street on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
