Williams Festival of Lights Approaching

As many of us are putting away our skeletons and other ghostly decorations, the Citizens for a Better Williams is busy planning its 7th Annual Festival of Lights Celebration in Downtown Williams.

On Saturday, December 13th, 2014 a celebration of the season will kick off with a Downtown Holiday Stroll beginning at 5:00 P.M.

Street vendors, small businesses, homemade crafts and goodies will line ˜E street between 6th and 7th. Come browse and find hidden treasures while socializing with friends and family. There might even be a surprise visit from Santa!

At 6:30 p.m. the town square tree will be lit and the parade of lights will follow at 7:00 p.m.. The parade begins on 7th Street near Louis Cairos and ends on E Street, near the Sacramento Valley Museum.

The event will be hosted rain or shine, the vendors, the parade, must go on.
