Miguel Angel Lievanos, a second grade student in Mrs. Griffiths class of Williams Elementary School was the only student to earn 30 PeaceBuilder Sparkles throughout the entire 2013-2014 school year.
Sparkles are earned for being a Peace-builder, and honoring the Peace-builder Pledge: To praise people, To give up put downs, To seek wise people, To notice and speak up about hurts I have caused, To right wrongs, To help others and
I will be build peace at home, at school, and in my community each day.
The Williams Elementary’s Peace-builder Program encourages students to be contributing members of a peaceful and safe school community. –Â
