The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Jose Refujio Lopez, 41, of Williams, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Sept. 4 at Seventh and C streets in Williams on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Lopez was also booked on warrant holds from the Woodland Police Department and Yolo County.
Jose R. Nunez-Lupian, 40, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on Sept. 4 at E Street and Highway 20 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Efrain Velazquez-Briones, 37, of Colusa, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Sept. 4 on River Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.01 percent or more while on probation.
Dann Miller Bressler, 66, of Colusa, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Sept. 4 on Highway 20 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Jorge Ruben Rosales, 27, of Williams, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. on Sept. 6 at Parkhill and Seventh streets in Colusa on suspicion of violating post-release community supervision, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled substance and trespassing.
Israel Josmar Lopez-Partida, 21, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on Sept. 7 on Highway 20 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Tony James Castanon, 34, of Oroville, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Sept. 11 at in the 400 block of C St. in Williams on suspicion of violating probation.
Narciso Leonel Madrigal, 45, of Colusa, was arrested by the Special Investigations Unit at 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 11 at Sixth and C streets in Williams on suspicion of destroying or concealing evidence, possession of a controlled substance and violating probation.
Marco Antonio Ruiz Patino, 41, of Grimes, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Sept. 11 on Hahn Road west of Dry Slough on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Angelo Raytel Lyons, 42, of Fairfield, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Sept. 12 on 5th and Hillgate Sts. in Arbuckle on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Jamie Jamar Mays Elliott, 42, of Lower Lake, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on Sept. 13 on northbound Interstate 5 north of Hahn Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Eric John Carso, 54, of El Dorado, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Sept. 14 on northbound Interstate 5 north of Maxwell on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and evading a peace officer.
