The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Shah Ahmed Nabeel, 29, of Woodside, New York, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 1 on southbound Interstate 5 south of Hahn Road near Arbuckle on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale, impersonation and transporting more than 28.5 grams of cannabis into California.
Robin Lee Wagner, 43, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. on Sept. 1 in the 400 block of 13th St. in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Domingo Jimenez Alvarez, 40, of Woodland, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on Sept. 1 on Highway 45 in Colusa on suspicion of felony child abuse with the possibility of great bodily injury or death.
Micaela Ruiz Martinez, 28, of Woodland, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on Sept. 1 on Highway 45 in Colusa on suspicion of felony child abuse with the possibility of great bodily injury or death.
