The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Gerardo M. Chavez Hernandez, 26, of Yuba City, was at 5:31 p.m. on Aug. 17 on eastbound Highway 20 west of Niagara Avenue on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Justice Chief Om, 47, of Colusa, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a Berkeley Police Department warrant hold.
Jorge Calderon, 32, of Oakdale, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Aug. 19 at Highway 20 and Country Club Drive in Colusa on suspicion of driving on a license suspended or revoked for DUI, operating a vehicle subject to an ignition interlock device restriction and disobeying a court order.
Jason Munoz Hall, 31, of Colusa, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Aug. 20 at Main and Seventh streets in Colusa on suspicion of second-degree burglary, violating a domestic violence court order, disobeying a court order and violating probation.
Dairy Rubi Ocampo Rivera, 21, of Williams, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 20 at D and Ninth streets in Williams on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Israel Josmar Lopez-Partida, 21, of Olivehurst, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. on Aug. 22 at the Rancho Colusa parking lot on suspicion of public intoxication.
Christopher Michael Deniz, 53, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on Aug. 22 in the 100 block of E. Webster St. in Colusa on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Joseph Romero Catalan, 55, of Colusa, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on Aug. 22 in the 600 block of Jay St. in Colusa on suspicion of battery.
Juan Santiago Cruz, 25, of Colusa, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Aug. 23 at the Colusa River Boat Launch on warrants alleging driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and battery against a spouse, former spouse or dating partner. Cruz was also booked on a Sutter County Sheriff’s Office warrant hold.
