Juan Osoria, 35, of South Gate, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:36 a.m. on April 3 on Interstate 5 northbound in Colusa County on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and transportation of a controlled substance, with an enhancement for drugs exceeding one kilogram. He was also held on multiple out of county warrants, including a no bail hold.
Luis Manuel Perez, 52, of Meridian, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:21 p.m. on April 3 on Lurline Rd. westbound west of Grover Rd. on suspicion of battery against a spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000.
Lisa Kay Beckman, 67, of Oakley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:12 p.m. on April 4 on State Route 20 east of Marguerite St. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more. Bail was set at $2,000.
Paul Anthony Noonan, 41, of Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:24 a.m. on April 4 on State Route 45 at Buster Rd. on suspicion of robbery, criminal threats, conspiracy and elder abuse. Additional charges included burglary from a motor vehicle, access card fraud and receiving stolen property. Bail included $25,000 on the conspiracy charge and $10,000 on the stolen property charge.
Adrian Rivera Ocampo, 43, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:44 p.m. on April 5 at Main and Third St.s in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.01 percent or more while on probation and probation violation. Bail was set at $15,000, with an additional no bail hold.
Trevor Christopher Fountain, 37, of Greeley, Colorado, was booked by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office on April 6 on a U.S. Marshals warrant hold. He was held without bail.
Alejandro Becerra Ordaz, 28, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:49 a.m. on April 7 in the 200 block of Fremont St. in Colusa on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and contempt of court. Bail was set at $5,000.
Steve Davis, 55, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:40 p.m. on April 9 near San Jose Rd. on multiple warrants. Charges included theft from an elder or dependent adult and failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail totaled $35,000, with an additional $18,000 warrant hold.
Vanessa Zuniga, 38, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:25 p.m. on April 9 at Sixth and F St.s in Williams on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Pedro Aleman Trujillo, 23, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:07 p.m. on April 10 on Sioc St. in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and unlawful lane straddling. Bail was set at $2,000.
Juan Manuel Padilla, 37, of Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:49 p.m. on April 11 on westbound State Route 20 west of San Jose Rd. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more. Bail was set at $2,000.
Samuel Sanford, 31, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:53 p.m. on April 11 in the 1700 block of Highway 20 on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a felony parole violation. He was held without bail on the parole violation.
Cora Lynn Bill, 64, of Grimes, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2 a.m. on April 12 in the 200 block of Balsdon St. in Grimes on suspicion of battery against a spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000.
Evelyn Patricia Guerrero, 26, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:30 p.m. on April 12 in the 1000 block of Wescott Rd. in Colusa on suspicion of battery against a spouse or dating partner. Bail was set at $5,000.
Juan Manuel Hernandez Jr., 40, of Grimes, was later arrested again by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:58 p.m. on April 12 in the 100 block of Fifth St. in Grimes on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.
Siavash Jozani Ahmadi, 40, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:22 p.m. on April 12 on County Rd. 6 west of southbound lanes on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more. Bail was set at $2,000.
