WILLIAMS, CA (MPG) – The City of Williams Parks and Recreation Department has opened registration for several upcoming programs, including an adult horseshoe league, youth tee ball and summer lifeguard positions.
Sign-ups for the Adult Horseshoe League began Feb. 23 and will run through March 27. The registration fee is $60 per team.
Registration is also open for Tee Ball for children ages 3 to 4. Sign-ups began Feb. 23 and continue through March 20. The registration fee is $70 per child. The program introduces young players to the basic fundamentals of baseball in a structured setting.
The department is also accepting applications for lifeguards for the upcoming summer pool season. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Applications are available at Williams City Hall during regular business hours.
