Eric Scott Harrington, 50, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation at 10 a.m. on Feb. 25 at 124 E. Webster St. in Colusa on suspicion of a felony parole violation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail with no bail.

Santiago Jovani Gonzalez Toledo, 29, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office Task Force at 9:23 a.m. on Feb. 26 at 111 S. San Francisco St. in Colusa on suspicion of purchasing or possessing a firearm in violation of a protective order, being a felon in possession of ammunition and possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $70,000 bail.

Agustin Toledo, 35, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 3:03 p.m. on Feb. 26 at Seventh and Amanda streets in Arbuckle on suspicion of contempt of court and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Jimmy Adrian Talavera, 47, of Woodland, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12 a.m. on Feb. 27 at Highway 45 and Princeton Lane on suspicion of providing false identification to a peace officer and on multiple misdemeanor outside warrants from Woodland Police Department. Bail totaled $13,000.

Hector Joseph Chirino, 35, of Orland, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:12 a.m. on Feb. 28 at Highway 45 near the Stegeman dryers on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and probation violation. Bail was set at $15,000.

Johnny Edwards Doig, 35, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:09 p.m. on March 1 northbound Interstate 5 north of Delevan Road on suspicion of transportation of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a narcotic controlled substance and driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Angelita Martin, 53, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:43 p.m. on March 2 southbound Interstate 5 north of Maxwell on suspicion of driving under the influence within 10 years of three prior DUI convictions and operating a vehicle without an interlock device. Bail was set at $17,000.
