COLUSA, CA (MPG) – The Lifelong Readers Book Club issued a correction to its previously published 2026 schedule after an incorrect meeting list was distributed. Organizers said the updated schedule reflects the correct dates, titles, and meeting location for the coming year .
The club will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Colusa Taproom, 121 Eighth St., Colusa. Meetings are generally held on the second Monday of each month, and all are welcome.
The Feb. meeting, “Queen Esther” by John Irving, will be held Monday, Feb. 16, reflecting an adjusted date. Additional selections include “Flesh” by David Szalay on Monday, March 9; “A World of Curiosities” by Louise Penny on Monday, April 13; and “Tom Lake” by Ann Patchett on Monday, May 11. The club will take a summer break.
Meetings resume Monday, Sept. 14, with “The Loneliness of Sonja & Sunny” by Kiran Desai, followed by “The Serviceberry: Abundance and Reciprocity in the Natural World” by Robin Wall Kimmerer on Monday, Oct. 12, and “On Gold Mountain” by Lisa See on Monday, Nov. 9.
